Jerry and Jacob with Gramer Flooring were Great!  They quickly diagnosed the problem with my floor and were able to fix the problem so that it is like new.  They were efficient and professional and completed the work quickly.  I could not be happier. Gramer flooring is the only company I will use to do my floors. This is the second property I have used them for; start to finish. I could not be more impressed with the responsiveness and dedication of this team. From the estimate to the finish product they truly set the bar! They have been extremely professional and responsive through out the whole process and had the work done in a timely manner.  They made sure to take the time to walk me through the process and even gave me some pointers on stains that would match my vision for my floors! Great and seamless experience. We were worried about the cost and if this was the right choice. However, the results were great and the experience was not typical of most contractors we have worked with in the past. Bailey at Garner Flooring did an amazing job refinishing the hardwood floors in our foyer and kitchen. Jacqui goes above and beyond offering her expert advice and she was always available to answer any questions that I had. The service was great. The pricing was great. We couldn’t be more pleased! A++++++++ The stars aligned for us finding Gramer flooring!  We decided we needed our floors done quickly before moving into our new home. Jacqui answered my first call immediately, then came to our home within a few days and provided an estimate the day after. She is not only sweet, but  she is very knowledgeable and made the best recommendations. Bailey then came and did our flooring and we could not be more impressed and happier!!!! They are stunning! Everything is so beautiful from the color to the finish. The workmanship is perfection and the care they took in refinishing everything is unmatched. They were very tidy and respectful of our home.
